Rabbit Hole ("the App") is operated by an independent developer. This policy describes how information is handled when you use the App.
The App stores your preferences locally on your device, including topics you select, language, and optional profile details you choose to enter (such as age range or profession). Saved facts you bookmark are also stored on your device. This data is not transmitted to us solely for storage — there is no cloud account in the App.
To create personalized content, the App sends a request to our servers with the context needed to generate a response (for example, your language, topics, optional profile fields, and recent fact history from your current session). Our server forwards the request to a third-party AI provider to produce text. We do not sell your personal information.
We use service providers to host the App's backend and to process AI requests. Those providers may process request data under their terms as part of providing the service. We do not use your on-device saved facts or profile for advertising. Operational logs may be retained for a limited period for security and reliability.
The App is not intended for children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
You can clear app data by deleting the App from your device or using any in-app controls offered for your profile. For privacy questions, use the contact email on the Support section of this site.
We may update this policy from time to time by posting a new date at the top of this page.
